At TCecure, we’ve always believed that cybersecurity is about more than protecting networks — it’s about empowering people. That belief is the driving force behind the Cyber Ready Clinic, our new workforce development initiative created to train and launch Maryland’s next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

With support from TEDCO’s Equitech Growth Fund, and in collaboration with some of the strongest partners in tech and training — including Microsoft, ISACA, CyDeploy, National CyberWatch Center, Prince George’s County Tech Council, and Prince George’s County — we’re building something different. Something sustainable. Something bold.

Why Certified CMMC Professionals?

As the U.S. Department of Defense ramps up its cybersecurity requirements through the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) framework, the need for qualified professionals is skyrocketing — especially in states like Maryland, where over 10,000 Defense Industrial Base (DIB) companies operate.

Certified CMMC Professionals (CCPs) are uniquely positioned to fill this gap. They conduct readiness assessments, guide businesses through compliance processes, and help organizations protect sensitive information while remaining eligible for federal contracts.

Our goal is to train over 1,000 Maryland-based CCPs who can:

Lead CMMC Level 1 & 2 readiness efforts
Provide high-quality cybersecurity consulting and remediation
Support organizations across Maryland and beyond
