The TCecure Cyber Clinic bridges the gap between cybersecurity education and real-world protection. It provides hands-on workforce development with direct support for businesses, creating a sustainable ecosystem of cyber-ready professionals and secure organizations.
Certified CMMC Professionals help ensure that organizations, particularly those working with the U.S. Department of Defense, comply with cybersecurity standards by assessing security controls, implementing necessary protective measures, and guiding businesses through the process of strengthening their security posture using the CMMC Level 1 framework. They identify vulnerabilities, conduct gap analysis, and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect sensitive data.
Building the next generation of CMMC Professionals
TCecure, LLC, along with partners from the National CyberWatch Center, Prince George’s County Tech Council, Prince George’s County, Microsoft, ISACA, and CyDeploy aim to create a cohort of Certified CMMC Professionals (CCP) in Maryland, providing them with initial training, and pairing them with organizations, such as TCecure, to help prepare organizations for CMMC certification through consulting and implementation services.

TCecure was one of fourteen recipients to receive an Equitech Growth Fund award from TEDCO, a Maryland-based organization dedicated to fostering innovation and economic growth. This award supports workforce development initiatives, which are designed to enhance Maryland’s economic competitiveness and growth by preparing students for in-demand IT, cyber, and cybersecurity careers. Matching funds for this award are being provided through the National CyberWatch Center. This support enables TCecure and its project team to build a training program providing individuals an opportunity to get hands-on experience that prepare them for future jobs, and their own entrepreneurial endeavors.
