Cybersecurity Readiness for Professionals and Organizations
Strengthening Maryland’s Organizations Through Accessible Cybersecurity, AI Solutions, and Top-Tier Talent
Why a Cyber Clinic?
Traditional classroom education often leaves a gap between theoretical knowledge and day-one job readiness. Our Clinic employs an innovative “teaching hospital” model focused on achieving “mastery in practice.” We serve a dual mission: protecting under-resourced organizations from escalating cyber threats while equipping Maryland’s next-generation workforce with practical, verifiable experience.
Furthermore, to meet the demands of the modern threat landscape, our Clinic deeply integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI). We prepare professionals for the AI-enabled roles of tomorrow by teaching them to use AI as a strategic force multiplier for defense, risk assessment, and compliance.
Building the next generation of CMMC Professionals
Powered by primary funding from the TEDCO Equitech Growth Fund and the Maryland Department of Labor’s Cyber Maryland Program, the Cybersecurity & AI Clinic aims to build a sustainable pipeline of over 1,000 highly trained cyber professionals across the state.
Led by TCecure, LLC, alongside the Prince George’s County Technology Council (PGCTC) and a consortium of strategic workforce, education, and technology partners—our program provides rigorous initial training and pairs learners with certified experts to deliver hands-on cybersecurity services to real-world clients.

Who is the Cyber Clinic For?
> Learners/Clinicians
Our program goes beyond the classroom, providing Maryland learners with the supervised clinical work experience required to enter high-demand roles such as Certified CMMC Professionals (CCPs), cybersecurity assessors, and remediation specialists. Clinicians train in our production-grade “Cyber Lab” environment, applying industry-accepted frameworks (like CMMC Level 1 and NIST) to real-world scenarios.
To prepare for the AI-enabled future, Clinic participants also gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, including:
- AI Literacy & Certification: Specialized training on ethical AI use and prompt design, preparing learners for the globally accredited Certified Prompt Design Professional (CPDP) credential.
- CyDeploy: An AI-powered asset intelligence platform that provides impact analyses for planned updates and validates system resilience.
- TCecure Compliance Manager (TCM): A cloud-based platform utilizing guided workflows to automate and streamline Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) reporting.
